1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Current Astrology ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Current Astrology is an astrology application that provides personalized horoscopes, birth chart analysis, and astrological insights based on the information you provide. Our Service is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication services (Google or Apple). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account with others

6. Subscriptions

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription with a monthly or an annual term. The price, the term and any free-trial offer are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account for purchases made in the iOS app, and to the payment method you enter at checkout for purchases made on our website.

• Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. An App Store subscription is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, so cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the next charge.
• Cancelling in the iOS app. Open your device's Settings, tap your name (Apple Account), then Subscriptions; or tap your initial at the top right of the app to open Account Settings and tap Manage Subscription, which opens the same Apple page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Cancelling on the website. Open Account Settings › Manage Billing, which opens our billing portal, and choose Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the current period.
• Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases made in the iOS app are handled by Apple under its terms; to request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on our website, contact us at support@currentastrology.com.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your device's Settings under your name (Apple Account) › Subscriptions before or after deleting, or Apple will keep charging it.

Purchases made in the iOS app are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Current Astrology and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer

The readings, horoscopes and answers in the Service are generated by artificial intelligence from astrological data — your birth chart, where you have given us one — and the current planetary positions. The AI model behind an answer may vary. AI-generated astrology for reflection — not medical, legal or financial advice.

The Service is provided for reflection and entertainment purposes only. Astrological readings and horoscopes are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and are no substitute for a qualified professional. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any astrological content. You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Current Astrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services for authentication (Google and Apple), payments (Apple and Stripe), AI generation and voice, and place lookup, as listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
